I don’t have much to touch on this week other than to comment that over the last year or so, this blog has been flooded with thousands of spam comments, mostly of Russian origin, posting nonsense adds or propaganda.

I have to approve every single comment, so none of them make it to the comment section, but it has been quite the chore policing these comments and filtering through the 2-3 real ones that trickle in every month or so out of literally hundreds of spam comments.

Should you want to ask me a question, I encourage you to just reach out via the email that can be found on this site. It thankfully hasn’t been flooded with spam and I usually reply within a day or two. I know hiring has been slow and for those in the pipeline, the freeze is discouraging, but there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
